1. How do I place an order?
You can place an order as a guest or registered user, hint: if you sign up/register online you will automatically receive 10% discount on your first order! Navigate through our product selection, chose the color that grabs your attention, check our attached size chart, chose the correct size and voilà add it to your cart and proceed to our secure payment gateway!
2. How can I pay?
The process is easy and secured. To help you pay, we have partnered with leading payment gateways: PayPal (for customers with billing address outside India) and PayU and CC Avenues (for customers with Indian billing address). The steps are as follows:
a) Once you reach the checkout page, we will request you for your billing and shipping address. By default – we will assume both the billing and shipping addresses are the same, however you have the option to separately add the shipping address (uncheck the “ship to this address” box!).
b) Based on your shipping address, shipping cost will be updated. Domestic shipping is free on all orders above ₹1,000! For international orders over ₹ 9,000 shipping is free.
c) If your billing address is outside India, you will see PayPal Express Checkout under Payment Method; If you have Indian billing address, you will see PayU and CC Avenues as your options under Payment Method
d) Please click on the appropriate Payment Method and click on Place Order Now
e) You will then get re-directed to the selected secured payment gateway where you can complete the transaction
f) Once the payment is processed, you will be re-directed back to our site and you will get your confirmation number. You will also get an order confirmation email from us
g) If you face any issues, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you complete the transaction
3. How do I know what size to order?
Our standard size chart has been linked here and with every product for your reference. Just in case you didn't check this chart at the time of placing your order, please do so now and let us know within 12 hours, of receipt of this email, in case you need to make a change to the size you have ordered.
4. What if my child’s measurements don’t correspond to your size chart?
We are here to help! Please use the chat online feature or email us at email@example.com your child’s measurements and we will help you chose the right size for the style you have in mind.
5. Do you offer customization?
If your child’s measurements don’t conform to our standard size chart, we offer custom sizing at a minimal up-charge to cover the additional costs of pattern making and production. If it’s a special color or garment modification that you have in mind, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to go that extra mile to make your little one smile! We also design dresses for theme parties so if you have any particular theme in mind, please again reach out to us and our designers will personally work with you to design that dream dress for your kid!
6. How do I get a discount?
Register online and receive 10% off your first order automatically! And don’t forget to check out our special “Deal of the Week” section for special limited time online only discounts
7. What if what I want to order is out of stock?
Our styles do get sold out! However it doesn’t always mean if you really want that style, we can’t produce more! Email us at email@example.com and we will see what we can do especially for you!
8. How do I know my order has been processed?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an automatic email with details of your order. You will receive an e-mail once your order goes in to processing and another email when your order has been shipped. However if you want to check on your order – please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
9. How long do you take to ship?
Our estimated delivery time for your order was specified at the time you placed your order and is also part of your order confirmation. Our standard shipping time is 5-7 days from the date of the receipt of the order + delivery time (varies by location – but wherever possible, we use expedited shipping for our orders), unless specified otherwise at the time of placing your order. All styles designed by Siddharth Tytler have a delivery time of 3 weeks.
In case you need us to expedite your order for an occasion, please do let us know (email@example.com) and we will do our best to accommodate your request, if possible. There may be some incremental cost involved in expediting the order.
10. How do I know my order has been shipped?
When we dispatch your order we will send you an email with a link to track your shipment. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.
11. What is ready to ship in 24-48 hours?
It means that your ordered item is available in stock and can we shipped out within 24-48 hours
12. How much do you charge for shipping?
Domestic shipping is free on all orders above ₹1,000! For international orders over ₹ 9,000 shipping is free.
13. What is your refund and return policy?
If you change your mind, we will issue you a credit note as long as your order has not been processed (generally within 12 hours of us receiving the order!). We stand behind our product and will issue you a complete exchange or refund in case of manufacturing defect. In case there are any size issues, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help you with the same.

14. How do I get information on your store locations and stock availability in-store?
Please email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with store details near you. Please note that our website showcases our entire collection and a particular store may not have certain styles and sizes in stock.
